I just did that and the green lights stay on once I started the running activity. I checked that the HRM run is properly connected. Regarding Garmin Pay: Connect / 3 dots at bottom right / Garmin Pay -> the only option I have is to click on "get started" as I never set it it up. So not sure I deactivated it.
Some weeks ago my HRM broke and I bought a new one. Same model, recognized without problems by my Garmin Fenix 6 (ANT+), Garmin Edge 830 (ANT+) and Zwift App on Windows 11 (Bluetooth). When I tried to connect the new HRM to the ZwiftHub yesterday (back for the winter), I wasn’t successful.
The phone recognises the strap via BT, Garmin Connect does too. The problem arises when I need to synchronise the data. Garmin Connect says connected and starts syncing data, then 5-10 seconds later it says Not Connected. Sometimes the sync doesn't even happen. It just says Connected, and then a few seconds later Not Connected.
I owned both HRM Tri & Run while checking the connection I noticed that they are just not connected to the watch. I tried to remove my sensors from the list and adding them again .. no luck the watch is not detecting the HRMs (did try with both the HRM Tri & Run).

If you are a Garmin user, particularly a swimmer or triathlete or a runner who wants the advanced stats, then the HRM-Pro Plus is the best heart rate monitor on the market and worth investing in even
Polar beat is a phone app you can use with a chest strap to track running and workouts. In this case trampoline. You need a garmin watch/bike head unit to use the HRM. it is not usable on its own directly with a phone as far as i know. Absolutely not the case.
We recommend replacing the batteries & performing a reverse polarity on your Heart Rate Monitor (HRM) by following the steps below. Please follow the steps below to perform a Reverse Polarity on your Sensor / HRM – this will reset the module and allow connection with your head unit;
HRM-Pro disconnects during activity. Last over 1 year ago. During my last running activity, my Fenix 7s solar (8.21) again lost HRM-Pro (8.1, ant+) sensor (auto reconnected few seconds later). I sent an email to local support 30 days ago, but no response from Garmin.also problem with Samsung earbuds.
