Hello, I've been working on this 560 SEC for a while now, I did an engine rebuild on it and it's been giving me some trouble in maintaining operation. At first it would start up easily but only run for so long before dieing. I currently drive a 1990 560SEC, and ever since i got the car the engine was in an awful state but it ran and that was all i needed and could hope for. About 3 months after i got the car it developed an intermittent stalling problem. The W126 S-Class had a long development period, and Mercedes started on the project in 1973. The sedan didn’t enter production until December of 1979, with the C126 coupe following in September 1981.
