For 3 or 4, you have 2 players control one side. They alternate turns taking dice and making the final decision. They are a "team" and not a competing faction. Concerning dice, the action dice aren't so random compared to the combat dice. Dubbed Against the Shadow, this expansion brings not only solo play, but also cooperative play to the game.
